CHEF MALLERY TUCK

With more than 40 years of experience from catering to fine dining Chef Mallery Tuck has a passion for cooking that spans all genres of cuisine. After being classically trained at Texas State College Chef Tuck served as an apprentice at the Mansion at Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas.  In the start of Chef Mallery’s professional career during 1987 he worked at Holiday Inn, and in just a few short years Chef Mallery worked his way up the culinary ladder as the hotel’s youngest Executive Chef ever. ​Alone his culinary journey Chef Mallery has worked alongside some of the best Chef’s in the business including “The Father of Southwestern Cuisine,” Chef Dean Fearing of the Ritz Carlton Dallas, Texas while working with him at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. In more recent years, Chef Tuck has focused on corporate catering and luxury apartment resident events. Chef Mallery & his wife Yolonda AKA Cookie are proud of their “The Dream Kitchen” And his Motto is “If you can imagine it Chef Tuck can make it happen!” Chef Tuck has been married for 36 years to his business manager and mixologist, Yolonda “Cookie” Tuck. Together they have two sons Mallery Tuck, Jr. and Malik. 

YOLONDA TUCK

Yolonda Tuck AKA Cookie is the Business Manager & wife to Chef Mallery for 36 years. Together they are making their name known in the Apartment World.  Cookie herself has over 32 years in the areas of travel, food service and hospitality industries. Being married to a Chef has her become a lover of good cuisine. Cookie has labeled herself a real “Foodie” they enjoy working together and she is enjoying learning his culinary technics. One of things Cookie says she has learned while working alone side her husband Chef Mallery is having a thick layer of skin thanks to his diligent instruction.
